It's been rumoured in naruto's world that the byakugan is the ancestor of the sharingan.
This means the byakugan is possibly closer than the sharingan is to the rinnegan.
The uzumaki are close cousins of the senju, with similarly long lives and huge chakra reserves.
If Naruto and Hinata had a child, would we finally see a mixture of the eyes and body of the sage?
The only other possible combinations involves Tsunade plus Sasuke or any other male Hyuga member (which is not very.. appealing. I'm not even sure if Tsunade hasn't hit menopause)
