Alright, so in light of recent events, I've come up with a theory that I think may be my best yet. So sorry if someone else thought of it first, I've been banned and haven't been paying attention to the forums all that much.
Anyway, let's start out with a few facts.
First off, we know that Minato sealed the Yin portion of the Kyuubi chakra into Naruto. http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/370/12/
- So this means, that half of the Kyuubi is sealed into Naruto more or less. Some may think that the Yang portion is sealed into the Death God, along with however much of Minato is in there as well. I don't think this is true.
Froggy here says that the Kyuubi is a naturally occuring disaster that appears when human malice collects and festers. http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/370/15/
- Without knowing much about what exactly Yin and Yang chakra's are, I'm going to make an assumption that Yin chakra is more tangible than Yang chakra, and thus can be sealed, whereas Yang can not. This would explain why Minato could only seal half of the Kyuubi into Naruto.
Now, we all know that Sasuke is the most hateful person to ever exist. Madara mentions that Sasuke has been "eaten up by the worlds hatred" http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/460/09/
Karin mentions that Sasuke's chakra is very very dark. http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/460/15/
The Kyuubi has also mentioned that Sasuke's chakra is very sinister, much like that of Uchiha Madara's. http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/309/03/
-Uchiha Madara, according to multiple sources, is the man who could summon and control the Kyuubi.
-Madara's past is full of hatred and betrayal. He must have been pissed off all the time after he lost the title of Hokage to Hirashima.

You have to be blind and/or naive to not think that looks like the Kyuubi.
So now that I have shown all the evidence, I will make my claim. The Yang portion of the Kyuubi is manifesting itself inside of Sasuke, and Madara plans to extract that from him.
My guess is that Madara literally summoned the Kyuubi from himself, it was his hatred that allowed it to be created. For one reason or another, he can't do it again, so he's letting Sasuke do it for him.
So, I think Madara plans on letting Sasuke become more and more evil until the Yang portion is completely manifested. At the moment, it would seem that shadow is around the 4 tail stage, so that would mean there is 5 tails to go.
As for a prediction, I think Madara is going to extract each half of the Kyuubi from Naruto and Sasuke, but since they each only have half, neither will die.
What do you guys think? Am I crazy, or am I a genius?
