Colors and shades are quite nice. But water on Nagato is pretty bad-looking. You should mark water, it also needs some shades, but you didn't do anything; just simple white lines. When something gets wet, in place where water is there's a little darker than "not-wet" places. Plus, light is reflecting even more in water, so you could put some white dots to make it more "waterish". Oh, rain is too thin Keep it up!

btw. Me too, I don't like Nagato's red hairs. I prefer black

Indeed, although I'm used to it now black was just so much better. It really fitted him perfectly even better than the lack fitted sasuke or orochimaru.

Awesome, looks just like it was taken from the anime, except for the eye. I am not sure if it is just me but something looks very fake about it, I don't mean this in a negative way but, I think it is to vibrant for the picture. But its your art not mine, regardless its a great picture.
