Raikage and Naruto are arguably the strongest taijutsu fighters in the series.
With the raiton armour and his shushin jutsu, Raikage is fast enough to screw over the sharingan and can dodge ameterasu, strong enough to kill in one blow and well armoured enough to take a direct hit from a chidori and get away with minor injuries.
Naruto in sage mode is fast, agile, has devastating jutsu, frog katas increase his range and Kage bunshin can increase his versatility. He can one hit ko almost anything with frs or dual rasengans and his strength is enough to stop a charging giant rhinoceros.
I think that reikage can dodge frs easily and could probably take a rasengan and live. Naruto in sage mode might be able to survive a raiger bomb. They both have a similar amount of chakra, the Raikage having easily reached tailed beast levels.
I think this fight would be close.
