So here goes the conditions:
The fight is at the detroyed konoha were they fought last time.
Pain is going for the kill.
All 6 pain bodies are working.
The bodies are close enough for Nagato to use Chibaku Tensei (but only deva must be operational in order to do that)
Pain can use Chou Shinra tensei but only deva must be working.
Naruto starts in sage Mode.
This time Naruto has no Summons with him
Naruto has total control over kyubi wich means he could turn into 9 tails completely without any problems.
He can use version 2 similar to Bee's.
He can use Chakra cloack.
Since Kyubi is not interfering Naruto can fuse with Ma an Pa.
The fight ends when either Naruto or all the 6 bodies die, someone retreats or Nagato dies from loss of chakra.
In case I forgot anything they can use everything they showed until now.
