Nature Manipulation vs. Nature

So here's my question- would naturally-occurring elements, such as fire, wind, lightning, etc. take on the normal elemental advantages/disadvantages seen in nature manipulation, were they pitted against an elemental jutsu? For instance, if you were to charge Deidara's bombs with normally generated electricity, would the bombs defuse?
