Misc Attempt need help with cleaning!

Hey, i took up a colored page thinking i want to try out cleaning and typesetting this but it turned out it's a bit hard, so i'm asking if any one want to explane to me how to clean this one as easily and as fast as possible.

it already looks great... raw must be super HQ all you need to do is remove those bubbles i think

yeah but i need to remove the text in the bubbles forgot to mention that, i want to put some text in those so i was wondering how i should go about to remove the text seeing as i can see through the bubble so i don't know do i have to use the clone stamp tool, i'm using photo-shop 7 to do this
