Discussion New Holy Knights?

Given Shamrock came looking for new Holy Knights, does anyone think anymore characters are going to come back as new Holy Knights? Especially if either Sommers, Killingham, and Gunko don't make it out of this arc

Gonna be honest, pretty sure Ryokugyu/Aramaki is pretty much going to become one given he's just been introduced and seems to FIRMLY believe in the Celestial Dragons ideals. Rob Lucci has gotten Mars' attention and he just likes killing people/can handle a not serious Zoro, and heck even Dolflamingo is wild card I can see going either to Cross Guild or getting recruited into the Holy Knights (with plans to betray them let's be real it is Doflamingo). Magellan might even get an invite given he did defeat Luffy and Blackbeard once

I just think the Holy Knights wouldn't have been introduced scouting new members if a couple of surprise returning characters weren't going to make some returns. Thoughts?

I find it hard to believe, mostly because it would require previous characters to have evolved at a pace that nearly matches Luffy, and be Loki levels of power, a guy that's been hyped to have nearly taken on Elbaf as a whole and has a legendary fruit ready to be revealed.

The only notable exceptions I can think of are Judge & Caesar, assuming they came up with new deadly weapons/technology that makes them relevant.
I think the latter is almost a certainty, or else their union and cover story would have been in vain, but that doesn't really mean they'd land on the God's Knight side of the fray. Judge is a noble, so I guess that's within reason. I guess Shiki could also be one of those, since he was shown during Wano and that's likely to mean something, but I think God Knight is unlikely.

On the other hand, if we're talking about formal introduction of characters, I do believe God's Knights could have a few surprises: There's a notable Rocks pirate yet to be given a status (Silver Axe something), former Roger pirates, Calico Corgi (Brook's former captain), Kong, Donquixote family members ... Can't think of any other characters right now, but there's probably a few more(even Enel if he ever makes a comeback).

It's not that I think any of these are likely to be on that group (except for a former Rocks member), but I could see it happening with all the loose ends left to tie up.
