Newbie want manga

Yo. You can call me black. I am pretty new to this site (yeah yeah, newbish), but I came for a job. That way I can hopefully get this manga that has no translations for an odd reason. Also, I would like to learn Japanese, so I thought this site may give me that experience. But I would like to know where, who, and what I should do to find a group who scanlates (for beginners like me) but still work with veterans. Any help is appreciated. I'm pretty much dying for that manga
