Nico Robin vs Rob Lucci

Location: Inside Enies Lobby, with the entire building (Including the rooms) as their battlefield.
Distance: A few feet away form each other
Special conditoins: Robin is a full fledged Rokushiki master, equal to Lucci in terms of fighting skill level and Douriki.
Restrictions: Robin's Devil fruit abilities are at pre-timeskip levels, thus she is unable to create a thousand limbs or clones of herself.

Why not a fight between Moria & Usopp with Usopp who ate the mera mera no mi & Moria without his devil fruit ?

With your condition, it basically came down to this question: "which is the best devil fruit: Lucci's zoan or Robin's paramecia ?" And the answer is obvious (be it pre-timeskip or not).

I was thinking the same, but was a bit ashamed to say it out loud! If they have the same fighting skills plus same Rokushiki and Douriki, the question is just who has the best DF.... the conditions are too much, it's complicate to think of a battle...

When i saw this thread, at first i voted without knowing the special conditions. I have to be sincere but i don't really think that those conditions make much sense, but i would say Robin .

I think as far as intelligence goes, in a combat setting, what most important is strategic & tactical capacity. After having seen both of them fight, I'd say they're both about equally proficient at it (I'd give Robin the strategic planning advantage and Lucci the tactical planning advantage).

Leaving that aside, being able to move at soru speed and activating tekkai for incoming attacks can only help you if you know where the attacks are coming from. And considering that neither of them have color of observation haki, only Robin can literally have eyes on the back of her head (so to speak ). Which means she can blindside Lucci countless times and still see all attacks aimed at her. If it wasn't for that, Lucci would have the upper hand since his carnivore type zoan fruit makes him particularly lethal. i.e. his shigan would do more damage because of the claws etc.

I couldn't see Robin ever being able to use rokushiki though....still an interesting idea to ponder.

The issue is that Lucci use a zoan devil fruit ... a good one but still a regular zoan while Robin is using a 'cheated' devil fruit.
Her devil fruit is so cheated that Oda is trying to not put Robin in many 1vs1 fights. Even Oda have trouble to handle such a terrible devil fruit.

If the opponent have the same level of fighting skills & the same physical power, the opponent is doomed and he can be as smart as he want.

Hana Hana no mi's potential is unlimited. I don't even see how Lucci would even touch robin ... Robin can simply grow two arms on Lucci's body & perform Rokuogan from distance...

Ah but you see, while it may be a "cheating" devil fruit, it still has weaknesses, and the one thing that Lucci is very good at is spotting them quickly and once he does, Robin is gonna have some serious trouble. Don't get me wrong, I do believe that Robin might win, I am just saying that Lucci is not one to be underestimated.

No clue, the fight conditions make no sense IMO. No clue to what effect robin could use rokushiki with her fruits, its beyond speculation in a way.

What a ridiculous poll/condition/matchup....anyway robin would still die.lucchi is a demon, even luffy just got lucky that the guy underestimated him throughout their battle

I say Lucchi. While Robin uses the same technique Lucchi is even more deadlier with it than anyone. Being a zoan increases his technique.
