madara doesnt have it since Danzo kinda self destructed..well atleast destroyed the eye for sure

I think I got the plan of Tobi's switched around inside my head. He wants the tailed beasts to make a bigger one. Which he will take in? maybe. Then use that to display the sharigan on the moon which allows him to control everyone?

Hmm...if he used the chakra from the Ten-tails then wouldn't his chakra also be used up faster? He is weak. Couldn't the ten-tails take him over? It seems like that genjutsu needs a lot of chakra to effect everyone.

I don't think so, he apparently has a lot of chakra and a pretty strong one, but Juubi is pretty strong. Maybe he's counting on the Rin'negan to help.
