In this chapter something was revealed that picked my interest;

"Most likely her "dream" was temporarily broken".
This I think is in particular interesting, what exactly does he mean by that...? Does it mean that Noah's are kinda like dreaming, and that a persons usual personality remains intact..?
If this is the case, it would reveal more possible and likely outcomes for Allen.. Will he be enter his dream state and become a Noah, and then, eventually, become him self again one day...?
Seemingly, if a Noah dies, it can be felt by the other Noah's and their Noah memory is damaged, but if they only leave the dream, nothing happens..?
This feels like really important information, because it comes up right after Allen is leaving the order and the 14'th seems to seriously to awaken and we get a time break.. Coincidence..?
