Yay, got a full-sized chapter this week. In fact it even seemed a little longer than usual. Everything with the review is basically the same so...
Onto the review!
This week starts out back in Frankenstein's home as Tao shares his suspicions that Yontsu and Sangeen, due to their absence from the Union enhanced human registry he hacked into, are in fact not affiliated with the Union at all. And the fear of discovery by the union explains much about how cautious the agents have been. This conversations is halted though when Tao's phone rings and he goes off to check out what's going on at the school.
Meanwhile at school, Takeo and M-21 face down a masked Yontsu and Sangeen. The agents now know the pair have been enhanced and begin to fight in earnest. Sangeen uses speed and a form of claw-like throwing daggers but is unable to land a hit against Takeo. While Yontsu uses martial arts, augmented by her speed and strength, to land some solid blows on M-21 which land with enough force to damage the school.
Damaging the school is the last straw for M-21. Who goes partial wolf on her, and catches her by surprise with the sheer speed and ferocity of his attack....shredding her shirt(get a room you two
) Yontsu sees this physical transformation and takes it as a sign that M-21 is far more powerful than she had thought. Then she asks if he's Union at the same time he asks her that question. Which shocks both of them.
Meanwhile Sangeen comes to the conclusion that this is not a fight that could be won without drawing unwanted attention and moves to get Yontsu and leave but Tao shows up, surrounding them. Sangeen resigns himself to the fact that they will have to go all out fighting here but Yontsu surprises him by taking off her ski mask.
Substance
Lots of good stuff in this full sized chapter. Thanks to Tao, Raizel and company basically understand the full situation between the KSA and Union. Which will help greatly in resolving this situation without bloodshed. Yontsu also seems to have realized that M-21, Takeo, and Tao are no friends of the Union. So it seems likely that the rest of this situation will be resolved peacefully.
Also to come out this week were the actual abilities of Sangeen and Yontsu. Yontsu is very effective close range brawler and Sangeen seems to be a medium range type utilizing speed and throwing knife type weapons. Both were stronger than I expected, especially considering neither was going all out, they're strength seems about on par with Takeo and M-21. Which tells me that the Cerberus people, who are supposedly many times stronger than the KSA agents, are going to be significantly stronger than the RK-4.
Presentation
A huge upgrade from last week in almost every way. The art was great, especially the impact effects in the combat scenes, which really helped make the combat enjoyable.
I also like the pacing a lot, where the beginning set up the end scene with Tao and the way the fight flowed. I also enjoyed M-21 cutting loose because Yontsu damaged the school, it showcases what kind of person M-21 is much better than if he had gone wolf strictly to win the fight.
Final Rating
I think this was an amazing chapter. It allowed this fight between RK-4 and the KSA agents to fully live up to it's potential while retaining a strong focus on the characters involved. I loved it!
So, with no hesitation, I give this chapter a 5 out of 5.

My Prediction
- Next chapter will mainly be storytelling Q & A as the RK-4 share their unlovely past with the Union.
My Previous Predictions
Getting close on a few but it's still to early to confirm any of them.- Rael will lose his next battle to the RK-4.
- I think Lee Youn-In is going to be more than just a soon-to-be-forgotten sub-character. I suspect she may have a role in the plot.
- The female operative from the Union will eventually end up on Raizel's side, like M-21 and the others.
- Rael will show up at Raizel's school seeking revenge on him and his human friends.
- The Agency Director is evil(obviously).
- Na Yontsu will get mixed feeling about recruiting Shin Woo and Ikkan.
- At some point, when dealing with the Agency, Seira will fail restrain herself.
- Raizel will ultimately choose to use himself up completely in order to help his friends.
- The trainees that disappeared are dead or worse.
- Frankenstein will expel the agents from the school but they will not give up pursuing Shin Woo.
- Cerberus will find out the KSA's secret.
- Na Yontsu will fight Cerberus.
- These union people will be a legitimate threat to Frankenstein.
- M-21's confrontation with Yontsu will lead to the KSA discovering his background
- The Rastafarian Cerberus guy with the temper is going to be the first to get killed.
- Yontsu will come out of this fight with a positive opinion of M-21 and knowledge of his powers.
