No prediction this week. Simply could not think of an interesting one.
The poll last week was split evenly on how Crombell would try and kill off these two unknown elders but was in completely agreement on the idea that he will attempt to kill them off.
Now onto the review!
This week starts off with a quick tease of Raizel and his classmates in school and then shifts to Frankenstein, Tao, and Takeo discussing the M-24 situation. After going over what they know Franky decides to go to the hospital in order to check out M-24 personally.
Things refocus on the hospital where M-21 is hovering by his friend's bed (or uncomfortable looking steel table in this case.) M-21 looks pretty worried as his friend keeps being struck by bouts of severe pain which cause him to fall unconscious. M-24 for his part is more focused on how much happier M-21 seems in his new life and seems genuinely happy for his friend.
About then Frankenstien and the others arrive. Franky asks M-24 what he can remember about what happens and M-24 tells him what he knows. The thing Frankenstien seems to find most interesting about M-24's story is how little he knows and how easily he got away. But story-time is interrupted by another bout of crippling pain. The doctor with the walrus mustache explains that he believes this is likely a result of failed modification. Which is stuns Yontsu and Sangeen who didn't seem to be aware of this kind of risk (I guess that wasn't on the brochure).
After some time the pain subsides and though M-24 managed to retain consciousness he is clearly exhausted. He tells M-21, who seems to be having a hard time with watching his friend going through such suffering, not to makes such pained faces front of others; but Tao and Takeo essentially tell M-24 that his friend is one of their comrades and, if he's M-21's friend then he's thier's too.
It's all very heartwarming and sweet (

When Frankenstien heads out into the hallway M-21 catches up to him and asks Franky to take M-24 home and look after him personally as a favor. Franky agrees and decides they might as well take him with them now.
As they are moving him in they pass Raizel on the couch intently reading a fancy looking book and head down to the lab. After beginning some tests Franky puts M-24 to sleep and they leave. But during the night M-24 goes into spy mode and, with glowing green eyes, goes to steal a look at what Raizel was reading. Which turns out to be... "gaming for dummies".

Substance
Not a lot. This chapter was all about underscoring the M-21 / M-24 relationship and moving M-24 from the KSA's care to Frankenstien's.
M-24 is seems to be a different person in Green Eye mode. Whether that's an alternate personality, remote control, or whatever; it seems like that's how the spying is supposed to work. It'll be interesting to see what Frankenstein can do for him and whether he will catch M-24 in the act; since he clearly suspects something is going on.
Presentation
Art work was average. There was good lighting and shading but nothing that seemed noticeable or remarkable.
In terms of pacing this chapter had some rough patches. It took some time aside to reinforce the "M-21 cares about M-24" plot point yet again; and while I have no doubt this is important, I really don't see the need for Noblesse to bang on that proverbial drum quite so hard. Doing that lengthened the hospital scene in this chapter far beyond the point at which I found it entertaining.
Final Rating
A chapter without much real interesting content. It's probably a bit better if you are more emotionally invested in M-21 and M-24 than I am. For me, it just feels like the M-24 emotional stuff took a ton of chapter space and didn't give much return on that investment.
I give it a 2 out of 5

My Previous Predictions(Current Record 17-18)
I'm STILL not ready to give up on "M-24 going berserk on the KSA" .
- Rael will lose his next battle to the RK-4.
- I think Lee Youn-In is going to be more than just a soon-to-be-forgotten sub-character. I suspect she may have a role in the plot.
- Raizel will name Shin Woo his successor; resulting in him inheriting the title and power of the Noblesse.
- The female operative from the Union will eventually end up on Raizel's side, like M-21 and the others.
- Rael will show up at Raizel's school seeking revenge on him and his human friends.
- Na Yontsu will get mixed feeling about recruiting Shin Woo and Ikkan.
- Raizel will ultimately choose to use himself up completely in order to help his friends.
- The Union was originally created by the Traitorous Nobles.
- More traitors than just Roctis are in league with the Union
- M-21 and Yontsu. I think it's going to happen, even if I have no idea how.
- I expect at least one more high ranking noble from Lukedonia to show up in South Korea soon, possibly more than one.
- M-24 will go berserk on the KSA people (possibly killing Sangeen *fingers crossed*)
- M-24 will die.
