Question "Not available yet"

I've been trying to download manga, but for the past couple of days or so, all I see is the message, "Not available yet," instead of any download links. I've browsed the site and forums numerous times, but can't seem to find any info as to server or code issues, or even newly implemented territorial restrictions against visitors from the U.S.A. So, does anyone know why I suddenly can no longer download from MangaHelpers, please?

Because me too, from yesterday night ( in Italy ) I see in Katekyo Hitman Reborn 263, and Bleach 379, Not Available Yet when try to download RAW uploaded from [Ju-Ni] Vicissitude.
Can you fix this problem?

I try to download [Ju-Ni]Vicissitude's Reborn ch.270 RAW.
