I remember him being a sensation and all but even then, I never liked him. And that was the time I was into Pop, Dance etc...hadn't started listening to metal and its various genres. He and George Micheal were one my Hate List.

"Homey", "honey"...what's the difference when you're on the down-low?

I remember him being a sensation and all but even then, I never liked him. And that was the time I was into Pop, Dance etc...hadn't started listening to metal and its various genres. He and George Micheal were one my Hate List.

I like George Michael too. He made good pop songs. As did Prince, but there was a layer beneath all of that. He's an incredibly talented musician and song writer.

You're missing out then. I don't read spoilers, will see what happens when the chapter comes out. I don't think Gary has ever read Shingeki. I'm excited about the anime, the PV looks amazing.

I am trying to bundle up some chapters for reading in a one-go. Reading one chapter of SNK isn't enough for me, I have read more of them.

You're also missing out. One of the best ongoing action manga. Comparable to Fullmetal Alchemist in quality, closer to Berserk in mood. Calling a manga "dark" is something of a cliche around here. Shingeki actually deserves the label.

The manga is worth reading first. The anime looks great as a stand alone, but the manga is something very special, a once every ten year type of series.

I am trying to bundle up some chapters for reading in a one-go. Reading one chapter of SNK isn't enough for me, I have read more of them.

Not likely. There are plenty of violent anime now. Psycho-Pass, an anime original story, is far bloodier than Shingeki. Psycho-Pass is by Production I.G, parent company of Shingki producers Wit Studios. I.G is assisting with animation and overseeing production. I doubt they, of all studios, would have any interest in censoring violence.

Well I'm not in a mood to read manga. I rarely have been throughout the years. Watching anime strikes me as much easier.

I don't read manag much anymore either. I pared down my list, and have not started anything new since the summer. My only warning with Shingeki is that the manga has a very unique art style, impossible for an anime to reproduce. From the PV it appears Wit did not even try. There will be an artistic difference between the anime and manga. In this day and age I don't expect any filler. The story probably will be the same.
