Uhh. When I was in gradeschool we made a mock newscast, and one of my classmates had a news story about a person in Singapore or something being punched in the face for smoking a cigarette. When we watched it back in class I just started laughing my ass off at it for some reason. One of my friends also started doing it as well. I'm not sure if it was the girl and how she read the clipping or what but it just struck me a certain way and we got scolded for it. Thinking back on it, I guess it sort of seemed like I was laughing at her, but there wasn't any malice.

Nostaolgia - also had one of these but - I think... we're doing a commercial for a soda....

Gary, do you have any nightmare jokes? Ones you can never forget even if you wish and keep ruining your life?

I used to have one.
I remember reading the news of a mentally disordered (or thought so) man running into a store with a truck he stole on the newspaper. And I laughed hard about that, until I was left in tears. It wasn't nice of me to be in such a state, but I couldn't control it.
For the next decade, whenever I needed to keep a serious face, I recalled that news and lost my composure completely.
When I read that post of Nuno, it was the first thing I could think of. I hope this isn't that news' spirit haunting me again.

Maybe your thread should get an own, dedicated forum. Where discussion can be more organized into specific subjects regarding your life, spam and other nonessential crap. It would make for a more worthy homepage/"stopping station" for lurking.

Eh, once the theme is decided it's usually the host. So Evil3ye or digitaldude. But in the past several games Farfalla has helped with them.

If you're asking how they're assigned...they're random, or purported to be. But considering I said that I'll most definitely get Zangief once we knew it would be Street Fighter, me getting it is probably no coincidence. I guess it comes down to the host's sense of humor in the end.

digital started it! with his boring title, then Herm copied him. Then lawlette put his title as Herm's, then I put my thread as lawletts...then A_I got brought into it somehow...
