I dont think the stellar spirit king represents any specific constellation. He must be something bigger, like the moon or the milky way or something like that.

Lucy said several times that the golden keys are the rarest. It would be very lame if suddenly more kinds of keys will show. A stellar spirit mage at her level should know those basic stuff.

I'd only accept some special key for the king cause maybe he never had an owner so Lucy wouldnt know about that. Anyway he should have a key because he said something like "We who bear keys and make contracts with humans..."

Interesting notion. Rare stellar spirits indeed do have gold keys, which are hard to come across and most probably have owners. From what the king said suggests that he himself bears a key, which would mean that he is able to create contracts with mages. The color his key may be platinum or it may be a diamond key. These two materials have more value than gold does.

Ok... I was under the impression that only the gold keys were one of a kind and that's why they are rare. Which means there should be multiple silver keys for each of the silver key constellations. So it is possible for her to collect them all and other stellar mages still be able to acquire their own keys to summon their own. Just not the Zodiacs.

I agree with the gold keys being unique, since that's all we've been shown. And it's pretty much proven that there's more then one silver key, since Canis Minor is a common cute pet thing, Lucy states when she first get's him. While, you can also buy them from shops, which is pretty nice.

Anyone here thinks cobra's snake could be a stellar spirit? Cobra is supposed to be quite powerful so it is plausible he can constantly maintain a silver key spirit in the human world. I am not saying cobra is like angel, I think he simply got a single stellar spirit key since it fitted him. Not to mention there actually is an actual snake constelation. Cuberios would also seem a little too strong for a silve key spirit but on the other hand it has been implied the power of a spirit also depends on the overall magic power of the summoner. What do you guys think?

I was under the impression that Stellar King represent constellation Ursa Major. Perhaps there are keys that is even rarer than gold keys. For example, platinum key, diamond key, holy key, legendary key, ultimate key, lost key or whatever. Then Lucy can summon the Stellar King or even a real Dragon as Draco constellation.

it would be really awesome if this was introduced later in the manga, since i'm a bit annoyed that lucy has 9/12 unique keys considering the amount of mages there are even though their strength comes from the amount of magic power the owner has...

Indeed it would make sense that the golden Zodiac keys might be wholly unique. But for Lucy to have 9/12 of the zodiac keys makes me think there must be more keys out there, maybe beyond the zodiac.... I'd love to see some planetary keys or something..

Eej people didn't lucy somewhere said that as she became stronger so would her stellar spirits ??? So maybe the reason that they are so weak is because Lucy is weak???

Not sure of what you mean. What exactly is your point? It seems like Gemini can copy any abilities and powers of any person he copies. I guess there would be a limitation of the extent of that depending on who uses Gemini though.

Urgh... Libra's abilities/Design are far from being confirmed. That was a concept art in "Mashima-en", a manga filled with Mashima's Pilot Chapters for a manga. This Particular pilot was called "Magic Party". But as you can see some of the ideas made it over into "Fairy Tail". Although there is still a chance it could be significantly different. But if you compare those images the final result looks somewhat similar, apart from Sagittarius.

And just for fun, I found this one too from "Mashima-en"

I actually thought Libra would be a girl. Maybe it's because of all those adds i see on TV here where the brand of a female product is labeled Libra.
