Ohh forgot about that! So our troop is simply caught up in the extent of the war? Sucks for them, I just hope they'll be able to get out of it quickly, I somehow dislike boats and would like the plot to move foward.

No, they're going to another continent ATM, which AFAIK is completely foreign and isn't influenced by what's going on in Midland.

The battle looks like it's going to take place in the infested Wyndham.

I'm not this far reading berserk yet but it is awesome, hopefully they will be able to help caska and see what will happen between her and guts, it just eat me inside out he way things are for them, and by nature i don't think guts will ever be gentle to caska , oh well gotta keep reading.

Yep, the waiting for berserk is sure to make you insane.
By the way, c'mon, you really can't take on Miura, that man's a genius. You can take one random berserk manga page and just cry 'cause of its beautifullnes. Every single drawing line is so full of art, passion and love.
I once used to be annoied by the release schedule too. But i love this masterpiece so much i would be glad to wait a full year to read one single chapter. I mean, once a chapter (cant remember wich one) took about two months to be released, I was like mad, but when i finally read it, i realized why it took so much. The two armies (i couldn't believe every single soldier, hundreds of them, was hand drawn) where something i never saw on a piece of paper.

So I would only like to say, if you really love this manga, you should not complain about waiting, since the longer the wait the more astonishing the chapter. Can't wait for serialization to restart, take all the time you need Miura-sensei ^_^

Bandreus: I couldn´t agree more with when you said that the waiting is worthy, Berserk is such a superior manga, i have read more than 200 mangas and there is no one with an art better than Berserk, Miura make all the other mangakas looking like amateurs, in my opinion Berserk´s art is superior to the ones from Oh Great(Tenjou Tenge and Air Gear), Takehiko Inoue(Vagabond and Slum Dunk) or Yagi Norihiro(Claymore).

Well, there are some other great mangakas out there whose art is astonishing too. Take Hiroaki Samura and his Blade of the Immortal, witch is great too. Well, Samura's drawing his maybe better than Miura's (imho of course, please avoid burning me for this :P), but his panels are very rich of pencil art. Samura, by his own admission, avoids inking the most of the lines becouse it takes a lot of time, wich leads us to the main point. Miura is mad about details, so yep, when I read berserk I seriously think about how much time it took to work on it.

and before any speculation arouses: miura stated that the story will go on in wyndham... so no guts&co for now.

@ White Rabbit: Yeah, but since "Hell, it's about time!", there has been over 6 months and we haven't seen the Zergs yet! xD (I mean, besides Overlords, Mutas and lings...)

Anyway, even with the story going on in Wyndham (the ham of the wind?? O_O) there will be plenty of action going on. We'll see if the emperor has a way to injure Griffith, what does one become when an apostle undergoes another transformation. That's VERY interesting! Can't wait! ^^

What I like about Berserk is just the amount of detail that his armor and Gattsu has, the switch between his personality and the monster that lies into him, it's just perfect to know he does it by hands!

Well, i don't know this guy, never read the manga. Guess I'll take a look at it.

BTW, thinkin about the unealthy waiting for berserk and SC2, I think when I knew ch 293 was coming I felt more like as it was Diablo 3 to be revealed (gosh, it hurts). Well, Miura's delays are not that bad compared to the wait for Blizzard games...
