The Additional Data bit, yes, except from the other twin (I have Yuuma listed as No. 15 and Yuuho as 16, sorry if mixed that up).

I feel like the twins fooled me![]()
You're referring to this I take it?I was taking a small look at some of the matches, and a couple of them have how many "experience points" each player has gained in the matches for each stat. I like that stuff, if Konomi showed that stuff after every match the manga would be much more enjoyable.
Yes, I am. I don't know what you meant by boost, but the name of the numbers are 上昇数値, which would translate to something like numeric increase, which doesn't tell us much. After reading the descriptions in the text, this is not a temporary boost, instead it's using moments in the matches to illustrate how much each character improved in each stat, but the actual improvement is done through training, not in the match. This is a permanent boost. But I do not think the numbers are in the same scale as the regular stat numbers, since that would wreck everything up. I believe that the commentary in the matches will provide more interesting info than the character profiles.You're referring to this I take it?
Forgot to comment on this earlier. The way you describe it, I'd say something like "Fighting freely" would work well, or "Playing freely" to put it more into tennis territory. Basically it means that he doesn't adhere to any of the standard playstyles and just does his own thing.Playstyle: 無手勝流 mutekatsuryuu (the kanjis are: Nothing, hand, victory, flow/style. So kinda like a style of winning without lifting a finger. After researching on a Japanese dictionary, it appears to mean winning without fighting, by using strategy, but it can also mean to just do whatever you wish, fighting however you want)
Any chance Sai could come here for us to discuss? Where is he, anyways? I remember reading his translations way back in the first chapters...Sai told me that those lists show the total stat boosts characters gain throughout the match and we assume that this takes special moves and events (e.g. flashbacks) into account. Of course boosts through special moves wouldn't persist after the character has finished using the move, hence they'd be temporary.
None of those characters are in the selection, right? I might do Kikumaru later (I like him), but I'll likely do the matches after finishing up the selection MSers (might skip Kite and Gin...) before doing anything else. So I can't promise anything.Jesus christ I share a lot with Kirihara, now I like him even more ;-;
Thank you a ton hermano o/
If I had to make personal requests (aside from the ones that were already asked) I would ask some of my favourites (Sengoku, Jirou, WoK, Kikumaru, and Momo and Kaidou over all of them, really wondering what's their current level).
I'll take a look later tonight. I did skip the special move section of some characters and will come back to it.Forgot to comment on this earlier. Also, two questions on Akutsu's profile:
(1) Just before the Playstyle part, does it say anything about Special Moves? From what I can tell there is something listed there, but I can't tell what it is.
(2) Are you absolutely certain that it says "bored" in the Mental description and not "provoked"? No matter how much I think about it, bored just strikes me as weird in this context.
Yeah none of those are, that's why I mentioned them. I just wanted to leave the request there (I actually prefer to have what you mentioned translated rather than the chars I like ^^ ).None of those characters are in the selection, right? I was surprised too. I don't trust Konomi about consistency at all though. Once I get to Shiraishi's doubles match we'll see more info.So... 4 power includes the gauntlet removal? I wouldn't be able to tell without this translation. Thanks.
Well, he probably wouldn't get slaughtered, but I don't think the score would be as decisive as in Kirihara vs Yanagi.I wonder if Inui play with Kirihara things will turn out different. He seem to collect the data (according to himself) before he faint.
