Nice drawling but why do you have to draw him with the circlet? that circlet is Son Goku the monkey king. Also that staff reminds me of the monkey king -_- I love that book thought.

nice sketch, looks really cool

but, i dont like his shirt, its too much ninja-like(no pun intended). Cause almost no one in the naruverse wears these kind of clothes, and konohamaru wears, just like naruto, modern day clothes, so it looks a little OOC

For the circlet on his head. Konohamaru always has those goggles on his head and I didn't want to give him goggles but other things. Anyway all monkey king in animes wear circlet so I though about giving him one too because he summons monkeys.

Kadoman, I'll try to finish the drawing first. I always like coloring more though.

I wanted to give the monkey a weapon but I don't know which would be cool.

Well there's probably couple of ways to do it. For this drawing I used photoshop and a tablet but you'll probably be able to do it with a mouse also. If you don't have photoshop or illustrator then I don't really know how you can do it.

Anyway here's how I did it:
- I loaded the drawing on photoshop.
- Copyied it on a layer.
- I changed the line color to ligh blue. It's because you'll have to redo the stroke on top of the sketch and putting the sketch on another colour helps. To change the line colour I double click on the layer icon. Now in the Blending Options, I selected Color Overlay option, Overlay Blend Mode and a light blue color.
- Then I created another layer and redid the stroke on top with my tablet. I used a Brush Tool and selected the 1 pixel form.
- The trick with the tablet is to not push it too hard. The line doesn't have to be thick because you can always make it thicker by changing the contrast.

Without a tablet you can probably do it with Illustrator or Corel with a mouse. What I would do is load the sketch then redo the stroke with the pen tool. I never tried cleaning this way myselft but did draw couple of things with the pen tool and I guess it might work.

Anyway I'm really bad in tutorial but if you need more info just ask I'll be glad if I can help.
