The title is "WSJ cosplay contest". This is a tribute to some famous mangas published in Shonen Jump: Dragon ball, Saint Seiya, Rurouni Kenshin, DNA^2, Kinnikuman, etc.

I wanna dedicate it not only One Piece fans and mangahelpers community, but also the chilean people that were affected by the quake. I wasn't near the epicentre but it was something to be afraid.

Well, I finished it just in time but here's my entry. I'm not much into putting titles, so I just called it "The last shining of the great star" as a tribute to Whitebeard. It loses a lot from the original one (specially the colour schemes and such), so I put both the scanned version and a photo I took of it:
