I understand the dialogue is the same as the manga and what not but I like watching the anime with subs so I can get a better understanding !

Seems like Funimation has licensed Episode 0. goldb's Source has been removed due to a copyright reclamation... If they are going to publish this and Strong World as DVD, I think those are going to be my first anime imports.

Well youtube is not really a good place to upload stuff like that, because it will be removed very fast^^
Everything else is licensed too, though it doesn't stop that many people to upload it on streaming websites. Nevertheless buying the DvD and supporting the author is always the right thing to do, especially since the quality looks great :>

If and when anyone decides to license One Piece in the UK, I will buy it legally.. and from the camrips floating around Strong World looks up there with the best anime films.

Hmm, I dunno if you know or not, but this isn't the Strong World movie, but rather Strong World Ova: Chapter 0 (Episode 0).

It's the same thing that we got commemorating the release of the movie on theathres but animated.

Yeah it seems like Ace's personality is closer to Shanks without his red hair, but it wouldnt make sense if they were blood related in anyway

Even in the Anime version Roger lacked prober introduction. And no real differences from the Manga. I expected a bit more, a bit more stretching and stuff. But at least the animation was watchable, not that rubber-crap style which we have to endure frome time to time in the normal OP series.

btw I can recommend Animeready and Watch Anime Online for series. I won't say always, but most of the time they are quick with their updates.

yibis has softsubbed a dvd raw (anirena torrent - you need a torrent client to fetch the file) filetype is mkv so consider using vlc.

No, it's the Hardsub avi file in lower quality (400p) was it xvid or wm9 as codec?

The mkv encode is in 720x480 pixels with an anamorphic encoding and comes with softsubs - so you're able to see the episode raw if you want. Any "HD" seems to be upscaled cr*p, BTW.

Yeah I personally downloaded the DVD one, because in the beginning and ending of that file it had scenes from movie 10 which I wanted to see,.

But I linked that file(400p) from them, because I didn't think it did and didn't want to unintentionally spoil those who didn't want to be spoiled with movie 10 scenes. I actually hadn't watched that file(400p) to be honest lol, hahah.

it follows the manga exactly... Roger is so cool and Buggy is funny and pathetic as ever..
the first part actually showed some scenes from the movie.. it's super uper cool... i wanna watch the movie soon!~
