Oda Q&A. Gonna do it in bits. THIS IS NOT A PROPER FULL TRANSLATION! I have NO time for that right now. I will do one for my site eventually. But the info is accurate so here we go:

The 15 years since serialization began seem like they've flied by until he stops and thinks about it all.
