it seems very likely that a lot of the big shots were going to meet in the new world are somehow able to use haki, because before some of the the strongest characters had devil fruit abilities, but now it seems that's not going to be a continuous pattern...but i really hope that haki doesn't get too over used...

about garp...

though we haven't really seen garp or any of the other vice-admirals in proper combat, i would say he's in the top 3 strongest for sure, but his celebrity seems to suggest that he's the strongest, but i don't think he's on par with the admirals... maybe just below them..

OMG, good thing that hiatus news was just speculation. I might just kill someone if it wasn't. I mean OP has been running for a while now. WHy would they force a hiatus. They should do it on another series. What else run for SJ aside from the top 3? There should be some crappy ones out there.


Not all of the supernovas. Only the strawhat will make it to the NW. i don't see the other SNs learning Haki except maybe Law (cause he seems smart) and Kidd (just because he is a good character).


OK, if Garp was chasing Roger in the past and as able to corner him a couple of times. Wouldn't it imply that he once an admiral? Think about it. he is strong enough for sure. He probably got demoted be cause these 3 admirals are more powerful than him (now).
And we probably will not see him for a while. And Kuma working with Garp may be plausible.

Wouldn't it imply that he once an admiral? Think about it. he is strong enough for sure. He probably got demoted be cause these 3 admirals are more powerful than him (now).

Maybe, but I did believe he (Garp) is strong like a Admiral. =P

Seeing Ray fighting Kiz evenly and given Garps reputation in the world, I believe its safe to assume that Garp is on Admiral fighting lvl.

I think you're on to something. after all Luffy is eating very much and if the others do so too the step from flatulences to haki shouldn't be far.

jokes aside, I think haki shouldn't be used as explanation for each and everything in One Piece. concerning the beams and stuff zoro is shouting with his swords, there are way too many other swordsmen using these while on the other hand asura imo is a likely candidate for haki.

I'm not really sure what that is (i don't recall it ever being shown previously), but it is apparently some sort of monster (that's what I infer at least from the ways the eyes sparkle).

I was wondering what would happen with that, Dr. Kureha and Enies Lobby made it seem like it'd kill him to be in that form for that long. Maybe the shock from Kuma's paw could have reverted him?

A bunch of people were flipping out about how one piece was going to go on hiatus alternating with HxH, that wasn't true but I thought they did say no OP this week. Hope the whole thing was false though.

My opinion is they somewhat in similar state as Luffy is, stranded in Calm Belt isolated island, separated from everybody, facing the danger that lurk there. But of course the danger they're faced I think not as dangerous as Luffy faced right now. Kuma throw him there in purpose that still a mistery, did he want Luffy make a mess with Boa, or he want Boa the one that demise Luffy, ar what I have no idea.

Look guys Garp's relationship with Gol. D, has already been hinted at with Luffy..

Garp is to Gold D, as Smoker is to Luffy.....

We don't kow the full extent of Garp's ability maybe he had the only ability that counteract Gol. D powers (just like Smoker) maybe he's really intelligent (i doubt that LOL) so it's useless to predict whether he's admiral (or was) maybe like smoker he just doesn't care about the rules (which has already been shown) so even though he may have admiral level strength he was never promoted to his rightful level LOL (I thought all of this was pretty obvious and already concluded A LONG time ago)

Speaking of our beloved Moku man, it's been a while. I hope he catches up when Luffy returns from Shabondy and they're forced to flee from him. I haven't felt the chase continue since the good old days of Alabasta, almost like Smoker gave Luffy a headstart and got lost on the way.

No...

Whats so hard to understand that Kizaru was winning that battle? Kizaru got a cut because he practiclly let Ray get a free hit in. Sure Kizaru loses points because he was underestimating Ray to that point but that doesn't change the fact that the cut was only in their because Kizaru was being an idiot.

Ray was panting ,talking about how he had his hands full, had more damage lines, was on the defensive, Kizaru ,on the other hand, was making jokes. Which demeanor sounds more Victor like to you?

Maybe BUT Ray still said that he wished he could have helped the others, but his age was restricting him, that's not something you say when you think your losing, you make statements like "damn your stronger than I thought" or "impressive" not "HA i can't beat you as easily as I could of because of my stupid age"....

I think they were even in my books and we didn't see any of Ray's moves....

This is not Ray Prime vs Kizaru this is Ray vs Kizaru. We can talk about how someone could be stronger if they were in their prime, but since were arguing about who won the fight Prime has absolutely nothing to do with this . I think Ray could beat Kizaru if he was in prime but I didn't see Ray Prime fighting in that scene I saw Ray vs Kizaru. Guess who was winning?

Against Ray Kizaru only used one skill to fight him. A Light Sword, but Ray also brought out a sword so thats 1 for 1.

Seriously if your going to disagree with me on this case then prove these points invalid.
