If the island is truly gone like Lulusia then definitely is a mass genocide event. The marines that ended up staying and still being loyal to CDs probably have drunk the cool aid. At least Garp knew what he stood for and was always straight about hating CDs.

I think Sengoku was there so that's at least one admiral of that era. As for og generation (Akainu, Kizaru, Aokiji) they may all have been there but at much lower rank or even foot soldiers since this was so long ago.

I do agree that in raw number of soldiers it won't be the scale of Marineford. But if considering the upper tier fighers it definitely is above MF since you have two pirate crews that are that era's equivalent of Yonko (maybe even more in Rocks case), you have Garp (and think Sengoku who was an admiral), at least 3 God's Knights (could easily summon more) and a Gorosei. This is far more high caliber power than MF offered. Plus what it lacks in foot soliders it makes up with innocent civilian & slave raw numbers.

I agree. God Valley was supposed to be a secret kingdom genocide and slave slaughter - the Tenryubitos didn’t expect any pirate attending the Hunting event. Pirates only came because of Ginny who didn’t trust the Tenryubito spied on them and leaked the information months on advance to pirates so of course big Marines came late after they became aware themselves that some big pirates were arriving on God Valley - we know only of Garp squad among elite Marines (Tenryubitos + Marine convoy fleet & unexpected Rocks and Roger Pirates & Garp stepping in). Hence I would compare it more to Egghead incident (Kizaru & Marine war fleet & unexpected SH and Giant Warrior Pirates & 4 Gorusei stepping in) than Marineford (full Marines + Shichibukai + WB Pirates & unexpected Impel Down team).

I m talking about Admiral in that era, its good if atleast Sengoku been there, but i do hope to see admiral in that era, like Z maybe, or some tottaly new char.
