As far as we know, there's no reason to believe she doesn't just have a DF, but the spoiler provider that week decided to do a little editorializing. The fact she used the lipstick on Lucci directly instead of just having the lipstick... on her lips... seems to suggest she has a DF, because why would she use the lipstick itself instead of just her lips if she *didn't* have a DF?

Maybe the reason the bite put kaku down is that the lipsticks does have sea stone? As a way to administer directly, sort of.

She used lipstick if I'm not mistaken to apply something to her lips - likely that, in contact with the teeth, transfered the properties of sea stone onto their bodies.

What would make sense would be for Seraphim to work undercover for Gorusei who gave them orders in previous weeks. The best way to reveal this would be Seraphim meeting Saturn and not attacking him despite no change of order from Gorusei (Vegapunk could even be using a tech device to mute Saturn). That would be a great way to introduce Saturn in Egghead and reinforce the idea that Gorusei are plot masters.

Hmmmm, red herring? As evil as lilith might be, what advantage is there for her in betraying the other vegapunks? Would she expect the world government to pardon her and not the others? I suppose there's a chance that lilith might prefer to simply stay in egghead and defend it? Though at this point its pretty clear egghead does not have the resources to defend it from the world government. From a military standpoint their defenses are more than substantial but a word from a tenryubito and their greatest asset, the pacifista, would turn on egghead.

But the seraphim were seen in action. None of them were missing. Also, to be able to do what he first did (the incident that shocked even the CP0 agents),the traitor has to be someone from the inside(lab).
