Buggy the goat. Perception is reality, and Buggy has world class clout. Kidd and Law are stronger, but if you think about it Buggy is affiliated with the best. I can't wait for the panel with the old Rogers Crew standing together

Also I don't see why everyone is upset about Law and Kidd not being Yonkou. If you take away Kidd, Luffy, and Law then combine both Kidd and Law's crew, they are still getting g wrecked by the Strawhat crew, even without Yamato being confirmed to have joined. Also Kidd and Law as of now, has not the connections like Luffy.

Luffy has freed Alabasta, Fishman Island, and Dressrosa. Broke in and out of Impel Down, is connected to Rayleigh and Buggy(another Yonko), fought alongside the Whitebeard at the war of the best, and beat Kaido(yes I know he had help), and not to mentionMorgan's was giving Luffy all the credit for the the raid on whole cake island. Also he has Nico Robin in his crew? And that's not even including the Grand fleet.
