Indeed. They raise our expectations. And usually the higher our expectations are, the bigger our disappointment will be. And what makes a good chapter differs from a person to another one.
People seem to not learn their lesson (from the arc of Wano) to lower their expectations and let Oda do his work and appreciate every chapter.

It was opposite for me lol. Their hints made it seem like Coby and co got offscreen by Boa, SSG got taken out by BB etc. I was really disappointed.

Reality turned out to be a lot better, it felt good reading the chapter lol

Something of an explanation. Pics and summaries are copyrighted material so dropping them too early paints a huge target on your back. Meanwhile hints still give desperate One Piece-junkies their fix somewhat (and grows your account, I suppose is an important aspect) without Shueisha being able to legally act upon it.

well.. if they create an account. trough a proxy ip .. and solely use them trough a vpn.. and shueshuia cant find the source of the leak by other means.. then yes.. but they would probably push for closing each account every time spoilers are leaked
so new accounts made specifically trough proxy ips from the start.. need to be made..

so yes.. i guess you could avoid legal actions
