Has anyone ever taken the time, once the chapter has been released, to try to make sense of the hints given by Redon with the chapter itself?

I'm sure that even then, the hints wouldn't make any sense xD

They dont make any sense. Just click baiting the fandom

I disagree, most of them do make sense on hindsight, but hardly ever are of any use to figure out what happens beforehand. It's literally just a "here's something to get you speculating" thing before he's safe to post the actual summary (and also just to show that he has read the chapter I guess).

Yeah it's happened at least 4 times I can think of. It seems like TCB will still be on track since they get theirs online. This mostly affects the raw leaks.

Yup, I think ppl like redon who never post the RAWs are safe. That's why he's survived in the spoiler game for over a decade, ppl might hate on him for his hints but he knows what he can and can't do (and when) without getting in legal trouble.

Haha I'd say they make sense but also are so unspecific they only work in hindsight. It's like asking X+Y = 10, what are X and Y (could be 1 & 9, 2 & 8, ...5 & 5 etc). There are a ton of possible answers and when we get the actual chapter we find out which one they meant. So yes in hindsight they make sense but as for helping find out anything meaningful beforehand, they are pretty useless since you'd just have to be super lucky to guess the right meaning out of dozens of possible meanings.

This happens every few years. Eventually they will come back, but for a few months I'm guessing no major spoilers. I bet the hints continue

Someone always ends up filling the void. Honestly think there could be ways to detect this efficiently but probably costs more than it's worth or for the publisher this helps them make money somehow like by providing exposure in regions of the world that don't have legal access. Kind of a way for them to create a market and test it before actually committing any money.

Won't hints still be available? I wasn't looking at them myself but since they're reportedly quite vague, I had been thinking of checking them out sometime, even before the news of arrests broke out.

To be honest we don't know. There was no official leaker statement about it. I guess it's not like all the leakers are one team, they got the info from different sourcees, so there are high chances the spoilers will come, not sure if as early as tomorrow though.

Yeah the hints were usually provided by the spoiler spoiler leakers, just a bit earlier. In the past it was indeed cool hints to get us thinking, now hints are just images which represent reaction on the chapter (like hypometer) or sometimes images (not from manga just random images from the internet) hinting what could be in the chapter.
