I think you all are thinking way too deep into the brain cracking hint. My guess is it's most likely flashback of Stella Vegapunk separating into 6 satellites.

This try to make hype makes no sense at all. "Major characters are in this chapter" - like they weren't in most of One Piece chapters since the start? Even if we include Gorosei we've got like 20 "major characters chapter) in a row. I'd bet it would be mediocre.

Considering the hit guy and head cracking, emeth punched a gorosei só hard that he flies through egghead and destroy it, mother flame break frete and start melting everything

i don't think it has to do with Emeth's move, (huge blast...) seems Punk record was not meant to stay online after so many dead satelites perhaps ?
only positive thing is see here, is another failure for the gorosei, not only they could not get kuma/robin/boney, they also lost a major asset, which reduces considerably york's survival's chances.

Maybe Vegapunk Stella has a fail-safe for Punk Records if only one satellite is left and his body isn't connected. I get the impression it's not a physical explosion or self-destruct kind of thing, though it certainly could be. But there has to be a reason we have the Stella body on the giant ship, and something has to happen to Lilith if she's been disconnected from Punk Records. Also, Edison is probably alive and unconscious and/or disconnected himself as there's no way he's just getting an off-screen death.

My guess as to what happens when they disconnect from PR is that whatever experience and knowledge they've used to that point might be as familiar as a regular person's experiences, but they probably won't be able to remember every little detail of their store of knowledge.

It's precisely because it's a" burst of conqueror haki and splitting sky" that this hint is interesting. Who among the remaining characters are clashing with each other, that's what I'm curious about
By the villains do you refer to 'only' the Gorosei?!
If we assume this hint is a spoiler of a clash between two conqueror haki users and one of them is either Luffy or Zoro, then only one of the Elders is a suspect of being the other haki user.
Mars is out of reach and who knows if Saturn can summon him. Saturn is heavily beaten. Peter and Warcury are kept busy by Emith.
Nusjuro is the only one left as a suspect

If we get a sky splitting CoC clash that's plot relevant I'd wager it will be with Zoro & Venus. Otherwise Luffy doing it again will look cool but won't add anything new to his arsenal. I can't imagine anyone else on their side having CoC.

Smoker is back. Now let's just hope that it isn't on the cover story but in the actual chapter. It might be too late for Oda to make him relevant again but it's still nice he's coming back.

The last time we see him he's riding through the sea right? But he make it to Egghead and try to go after Luffy, but considering the diff he must be awakened at least to be a issue to Luffy.

Last time we saw him, he was going to the hospitals to see Tashigi. So I don't think he's going to Luffy right now.

Even in the final saga, Oda took the time to make Kuma and Bonney more relevant than they were before Egghead.

"Too late" doesn't meant crap. It's just a matter of Oda taking the time to put in the effort.

Hmmm, smoker. Normally I wouldn't think that's too interesting but with the way oda has been handing out powerups to characters recently it wouldn't be too strange if smoker can match admirals now.
