Guess this one is about Brook as well.

Given that it's Accelerator, the character with the most developed and science-grounded version of Gunko's powers, I'm going to bet that Gunko is blocking someone's attack and dispersing it, maybe Brook, Nami, or Jinbe.

For the other hints, here are my guesses:
Fearing the war; someone else is echoing that sentiment. Maybe Gunko, maybe Loki, maybe Gaban

Someone approaching and putting a barbed bat in the face; I feel that could be Sommers given thorn powers. Only other thing I can think of is Loki putting that bat up to his brother's face

The regen; has to be the knights. That means someone got damaged enough though!

I have to suspect either Nami or Robin facing off Gunko since Oda usually has a female Straw Hat facing off a female opponent, so it will be interesting to see what Nami does.

hmm, I get the sense that gunko might be a bad matchup for robin. Gunko looks like she might be able to turn her body into arrows which should give her at least some resistance to chokeholds. In turn nami is probably not enough of a heavy hitter yet for this. I suppose zeus could one shot gunko though. I wonder if perhaps brook's ice can counter gunko's arrows to some capacity. She seems capable of controlling motion, direction and sort of set paths... But maybe ice can be used to sort of pause her ability.

I feel like it'd be a speed battle VS Robin. How quickly can she activate her powers vs Robin. Thing is though, the Gorosei (generally) demonstrated that they don't care for reflexes and defense, given that they regen. If the Knights have regen, they might have stopped caring and gotten sloppy as well, which would give the strawhats opportunities to land attacks and show off.

Regarding the other thoughts, I was looking up Accelerator's article on the wiki and found the exact image Redon used, and the caption is talking about dispersal, so I think that further says that Gunko is dispersing an attack. If Oda modeled Gunko off Accelerator, then she can disperse electricity, wind, any element in motion as a projectile.

For Fire and Ice, it really depends on if Oda decided that Gunko can increase or decrease the temperature. Temperature is a scalar, but Gunko has already demonstrated mass manipulation, so she can affect scalar quantities.

For Brook though, he has a lot of options. He's got Soul power, which may be able to interfere with things in ways we don't understand yet. Gunko might also be especially weak to his sound abilities. For the ice, I'm not sure that he would be able to pause the ability, unless we're using supernatural ice. Brook's speed should allow him to freeze blood though.
Now, in that scenario, Accelerator's model of vector control allows him to move blood. If Gunko has the level of control that Doflamingo showed off with his internal wound repair, then yeah. She might be able to bypass the frozen blood by forcibly moving it and generating heat. In theory, she should be able to activate the heat aspect of early Gear Second if she has blood movement control.

I wouldn't expect the knights at elbaf to have regeneration. With the gorosei there was the slight implication that their powers were not necessarily devil fruits. Meanwhile the 3 currently at elbaf are confirmed devil fruit users. I suppose they could be devil fruit users AND the regeneration which is maybe granted by imu but IMO it's not the most likely scenario.

I wouldn't expect soul power to be relevant to gunko's arrows. My thought here was simply, cold stopping motion. I don't feel I have a grasp of gunko's abilities yet so I didn't want to go further. God knight devil fruits make me think of the god valley events where knights were competing for particularly powerful devil fruits... Combined with the abilities we have seen in the past few chapters, which include a mythical zoan, this gives me the vibe that nobles have a stock of exceptional devil fruits for their elite forces. As in, god knights have access to abilities fit for yonko. Of course, that does not necessarily make them yonko level fighters by any means but it would indicate we should expect that level of BS from each of their abilities. Which sort of checks out so far.

Due to lack of time over the day I‘m trying to keep most of my posts rather short but Gunko blocking Brook‘s ice-amplified attacks is what I took from the hint(without knowing the source-anime and the featured character, thanks for explaining said anime-character).

The war hint might be about a narrator‘s comment.

The regen I picture the God‘s Knights as well and my bets are on Brook severing a limb from Gunko‘s body, don‘t forget he‘s fast as hell. Maybe him being Gunko‘s idol gave him an opening to exploit.

The barbed mace must be referring to Yamato‘s Kanabo and the gestures shown might be directed at Page One and Ulti and mean something“If it‘s a fight you wanna have just try me, but since you have nowhere left to return you, you might as well be joining my cause“

My hopes for the Gunko match up is the Colon Pirate group losing the first round just to be saved by Usopp eventually. I can picture him playing possum untill Gunko wants to leave with Colon as a hostage and Usopp hitting her from behind thus saving the day/Colon.

Edit: just did read the brief but I‘m still placing my bets on Usopp. Nice to see his explosives causing such an ammount of damage!

Glad I was wrong about that!
Redon‘s message stirred up the fandom on X quite a lot. But after all this Redon still dropped plenty of hints, Pew‘s briefs came in a little delayed and a Redon dropped decent summary of the chapter a bit faster than usually. So we are still getting plenty of spoilers and there’s nothing to worry about IMO .

Given that it's Negan in the gif, I'd assume this is Sommers. They're both similarly-sadistic pricks and Sommers's improvised thorn kanabo is a lot more reminiscent of Negan's makeshift Vampire Bat™
