If anyone wants to understand the amount of work these manga artist put in. I recommend people to read bakumon (i think that’s what it is called, a manga about a manga artist) and people will see how much hours they put in.

Yeah, Bakuman. It's by the writer/artist duo that made Deathnote and reading it as a teenager really dulled any sort of entitlement that could've bloomed. And they were writing a fantastical story that was *approved by Shueisha themselves for publication*. So reality is FAR worse than the fun aspirational story Bakuman was packaged as but it's still incredibly useful if you have no frame of reference for what the industry is like on the ground for creatives making your favorite shit.

Funny enough, the teen protags' big insurmountable rival was clearly designed partially after Oda in his youth. Well now even if mega genius Eiji Niizuma was in his 50's he too would be forced to slow down or die.

Warning, it does have one of shonen's worst romances (which is really saying something), so endure that and enjoy the meat of the story about the industry itself

The Yonkos seem to mostly trust in their reputations. Just putting up their flag on an island was enough to scare off most people. The worst gen are the first people in a long time who have been able to at least partially get away with fucking with Yonkos, and even then it didn’t really turn out well for most of them.

She was sending Pekoms tier underlings out to collect things for her, not her top tier kids. They were strong enough to defeat random Bellamy tier pirates, but Super Novas are all on an entirely different level. They are Warlord/Yonko Commander tier.

She had 3 (4 before Urouge) people who could possibly face a Super Nova.

Well, you're right about that but money is bit diffrent thing I guess. Taking over islands that are under Yonkos protection is WAY more problematic than robing one of their treasure ships. So if they won't take protection of their wealth seriously enough and trust only their reputation there's bigger chance that someone bold enough will steal from them. After all keeping entier island that belonged to Yonko is much harder than robing a ship that belongs to them and just sail away with loot.

It was surprisingly good. I thoroughly enjoyed it and it gave me perspective how much they put into the work.

i never knew that little snippet of Oda, If true of course. Reminds me of kenshin where Oda was the assistant. Damn, if you do think about it, it is far worse!

LOL! I agree about the romance part, it felt like, as any manga, rushed towards the end. FMA one of few manga/anime that got it right.

If i have to guess.. in the FB Young Brook is still fighting Gunko.. while in the Elbaf timeline he forgive her.

Why we're hited with Frozen reference? Seriously, they should just give actual spoilers instead of weird hints.

– at the Cover we see Young Loki draws Ida.

– Gunko killed King Leuven to stop the war in the Es-peria Kingdom.

– Gunko’s biological father is the God’s Knight Manmayer Growlo the guy we saw smoking in the last chapter and he has a different eyes like gunko

– Gunko stabbed Brook in the head and left the kingdom with her father.

-Brook survived, but the trauma was so severe that he convinced himself it had all been a dream.

-The flashback ends and we back to Imu vs Loki

-Imu start talking about things about 800 years ago at the end

– At the end of the chapter, Luffy arrives at the battlefield where Imu and Loki are fighting and punches Imu in the face, similar to how he punched Charloss at Sabaody.

– The end no break next week
