To make things interesting I'll make 2 scenarios
Rules and conditions:
Scenario 1:
1. No prep time for either of them
2. The battle takes place where Oro fought Naruto, Yamamoto and Sai.
3. Oro can summon Manda
4. Oro can't use Edo Tensei
5. Oro can use Fushi Tensei
6. Naruto starts in his normal form
7. Naruto doesn't have clones at the frog mountain
Scenario 2:
1. Both get prep time.
2. The battle takes place where Oro fought Naruto, Yamamoto and Sai.
3. Naruto starts with all of his summons.
4. Naruto starts in sage mode.
5. Naruto has 2 clones at the frog mountain
6. Oro start off with 3 Edo Tensei summons.
7. Oro starts off with Manda.
8. Oro can use Fushi Tensei.
9. The battle ends when either Oro or Naruto is defeated.
10. Sasori can't be summoned.
