Support Page Drop Down/Chapters Link on Read Online in Top Right Corner

[c_k]

When reading a chapter online (say: http://beta.mangahelpers.com/s/enigma/readonline/2328/1#apicture)

• Why is the page drop down A-L-L~ the way in the upper right corner? (next to PMs if leaderboard is in compact mode) Shouldn't it maybe be somewhere near the first/previous/next/last page link?

• Also, why is the 'chapters' link also all the way up in the upper right corner? (next to PMs if leaderboard is in compact mode) The visual of the link is cut off and barely noticeable.

Position: absolute bug; this is fixed in next beta push.
