So far seeing how divine sea animals are constantly taking L after L, I wonder did really 13 GWs have difficulty to face them and have to invent positions to fight them?

It might sound a bit confusing, but I think they represent Traumerei and Gustang's "parts" (I mean not real "parts").

I think even Leviathan doesn't know this.

You know, if Leviathan is part of Traumerei (Traumerei's memories), then Traumerei cannot remember Enkidu and Amez, it will be completely "lost" because Leviathan is holding it.
