From where did you take that picture? Dinuguan talaga ah? Nakakaumay naman yang King's Cup kapag sobrang dami.

I'm really not that fond of blood curdle or something. I like dinuguan for only the first few sips. I can only tolerate a very small cup. If I eat/sip too much soup, the taste lingers my mouth. It makes me throw up.

Parang balut. hehehe

Btw, CCNA day today was a BLAST! We routed data and calls all around the class!

And it's really fun to hit the Enter button just to make the lecturer pause and gripe about phones ringing while he's speaking!

Dinuguan is one of my favorite foods, but I agree. Too much oil + the texture makes makes dinuguan unsippable.

Why would you sip it, though? It works best mixed with rice or by having puto dipped in it.

And balut is different issue. One or two is okay, but 3 or more and you can guess your blood pressure without using a sphygmo .

imagine what he would be going through if he had several 'hunts' on the class hehe that sounds fun, hunt! i gave myself 'till April, then ill take the classes. Sana..

weeeeell... naculture shock din ako the first time. Since I started the drinking life in Manila.. tapos biglang tagay dito.

It's okay, MD. I won't share with you because I'll be drinking some weak-ass ladies' drink. These days I can't handle the alcohol too much.

ive been learning new mixes since last year pa, from simple screwdrivers to intoxicating absynthes

i got this drink i named 'atlantis'. vodka and white rum as base, grenadine at the bottom and blue curacao mixed with vodka (to make it float) at the top. its a pretty little drink, i must say. and a hit with the ladies too

thank god it's break? thank god it's beer? huh?

Thank God It's Beerness (with the bisaya twang)

Actually, now that the midnight adrenaline wore off, it wasn't my idea. We just did it as a class.

True. Dinuguan is best mixed with rice, and then eaten with crispy lechon skin!!!!

Ah i think I saw that in the movie "Jennifer's Body"... the one that looks like this. Called the American flag... they used creme de curacao too though, but I think it would probably make a nice twist if you used coconut milk? I dunno what that would do to the stomach though

that's looks nice! but instead of the rest of the glass filled with curacao, its just a thin layer on top of it. i remember a twist a gave to it: before spreading out the curacao on top, i added small amount of coconut rum on the middle and added like a teaspoon of lime to add that green floating color at the middle, and then finish it off with that thin curacao layer on top. ill make sure to take a pic of it next time

coco milk? dunno about that, but i think that's a good recipe for a pooh fest. hihi
