anyway, after the series of rains this week I realized that... i needed a blanket. I do not own a single blanket, at nilamig ako kagabi! I had to put on knee socks and wear pajamas, with the fan turned off, so I could sleep.

he's gone now, went back to Cebu. When he left I immediately read manga, and now I'm watching a new anime series. Oh what would I do without anime and manga? I'd probably be on drugs.

looking back at this, i was starting to get worried. you know, stressed and all. good thing honeybunch was there.

I decided to stop drinking fora while- and get back in shape again. if I can manage to work out despite kitchen work. I did it before, but that was with less responsibilities...

don't. it'll never work. carbs will always be there. start with portions.

well it's worked on me before. I'm a true believer of food, you know. like, eating right. It's what got me to where I am, it was a slow process (2 years) but I lost 14 kilos with that in mind.

but taking out carbs as a start doesn't usually work, imho. i went through the same thing last year. cutting down on portions, even if you're unto fatty foods and carbs, can help. its a matter of hunger self check. i mean, it worked for me this way. im not saying it should work for everybody.

taking out carbs 100% is the wrong way to do it. That's why I believe the GM diet and the Southbeach diet don't work. I've tried tons of diets, really, including pills and slimming teas and the like, so I really can say what I want about them.

the only sure way weight loss works is the real, hardcore, old-fashioned workout, and knowing what you eat. I won't go over the details as that could cause me to post at quite a length, and a somewhat insurmountable wall of text.

Let's just say... I know a lot about food

anyway, before my boyfriend left the apartment he apparently put some hidden clues without me knowing, and put me on a wild hunt last night when I found one of the clues. I had a really good time and I'm just sharing the cheezy stuff
