@dick - Probably not rin, or a controlled rin like last time. Most likely related to that comment about "guinea pigs" from the mist. I better translation may clear that translation up.

Our cybercrime law was bounced around the legislative committees as early as 5 years ago. It went through several stages of amendments before the next to final product got signed by the President. Then one wily senator* inserted his libel clause. Now that everyone and their computer is up in arms they are rushing to decriminalize libel to save their own skin.

*Senator got away with multiple counts of plagiarism.
