EG, you're supposed to take advantage of the huge-ass bandwidth that the US has! look at me, i only have 384kbps of DSL, and i have to use a united states proxy to watch the olympics online, and it will play for 30 seconds and then buffer for 10 seconds again the quality is high-def tho, if only i could find a way to lower down silverlight....
