I never was able to do that, because I was a casual drinker. No opportunities to practice . Closest manly kitchen stuff I'm able to do is open a can with a kitchen knife.

yeah, I figured, masakit sya if you don't do it properly (opening with a spoon) and I'm not gonna do it again because, I don't like to drink these days myself.

A dish pertains to one single thing... but fine. to make things easier for everyone:

What would you have for your last meal? make a three course menu, with the main dish having a protein, starch, and vegetable element.

Mine:
Starter: Triple bulalo soup. Made with bulalo soup in stead of stock/water, which in turn was made with demi-glace.

Mains: Lechon Cebu, Japanese rice mixed with 10 bone marrows, Adobong Kangkong with lechon kawali bits. Served with a 1.5 liter mimosa (yes, it sounds gay, but it's great with fatty/oily foods because of it's high acidity)

Dessert: Pie with apple walnut-caramel filling, almond daquis crust, and heavy cream. Served with a cup of cafe creme... and two cigarettes...

Sadly, I'm not going to die just yet...

I just have this theory that everyone goes back to flavors they experienced as a child when choosing a final meal. It also ties in with my other theory where in the choice a person makes for their last meal reflects on who they really are, past all the layers of bullshit they develop throughout the years.

Oh, man the uric acid content. Sounds awfully delicious but I probably wouldn't be able to walk for a month if I ate that. How can I frolic in the chasms of hell?
