I've been waiting for someone na fave ang Eva!
Now, I heard they are going to make another remake of that series which I think would pretty much kill the series. I mean, when something has ended beautifully, it should stay that way.

Ei, I just started reading Webcomics dahil sa impluwensya ng MH (op cors). And I really like Questionable Content. Witty and sarcastic ang jokes. But of course when the cultural barrier comes in, you can't pretty much do anything about it but shrug it.

meron sigurong taga MH na nagwo-work sa Jump kaya nakukuha nila ng mas maaga ang raws. Or may implanted na agent ang MH sa Jump para kumuha ng raws.

anyone knows where I can download Ichi the Killer? Yung live action movie? I just want to see how much I'll hold on before blasting all of the "lugaws" that I ate out of my esophagus. as compared to the manga (actual puking image doesn't need to be imagined, since in reality, it actually exists in the virtual mind of the poster)

@bakashijin, from what I read (sa ANN), it's not a remake of the series. They're making a new movie.

PS- natapos ko na pala ang story ko, a little under 700 words lang. Ang iksi. Nalalabuan ako (the writer herself) so.. I dunno what grade I'll get for that. *cries* Kasi walang shipudden! Wala tuloy akong inspiration. hehe.

@MD: ZATOICHI ROCKS!!! modafka, we bought that DVD and it had all these awards from cannes etc., then when we watched it, we were all silent, then SLASH! omigod the battle scenes are unbelievable, beats quentin tarantino's! (maybe quentin got the idea from this movie). and the story, the atmosphere, the movie is like haiku!

A hindi ata MD. Yung Ichi the Killer, e Koroshiya Ichii ang Jap title. I was just wondering kung meron na bang nakapanood dito since dito ko unang nalaman tungkol dun e.

Lot's o' killin' and torture. sexual content seems to be too bizzare for the normal people. It's too disturbing, it's what made me almost puke out all the lugaw.

anyway, anung klaseng seinen manga ba gusto mo? yung puro dugo? o yung plot based seinen manga? I'm really into seinen right now also. Actually, they have a whole bunch of popular mangas here in MH (like ES21, D. Gray Man and Bleach) that I still haven't read coz I prefer seinen over them, especially the plot based ones by Urusawa-sensei.

re: seinen manga

have you read 20th Century Boys? me and baboysai highly recommend this manga if you're into plot based manga. Also try "Monster" by the same author as 20th CB.

^kaka simula ko lang mag basa ng seinen, berserk to be exact...i think nasa chapter 30 na ako... (where gatts ang the guys lose caska and farenz). malapik ko na matapos (so far)ung questionable content! just a few more hours! XD

i'll give 20CB and monster a try later on...after i'm done with berserk... kase right now i'm juggling 3 manga and 3 webcomics all at once minsan mahirap mag keep track sa storya...pero salamat sa reccommend mo

- yeah! SLASH!!! The final fight scene there.. mhen.. very nostalgic.. that's how they do it in a real japanese 1on1 sword fight. as you can see sa Vagabond, it takes MINUTES, even almost HALF AN HOUR before someone initiates an attack. i was in this dojo before where a sensei of hyoho niten ichi ryu (miyamoto musashi's sword technique which utilizes 2 swords, a regular katana and a wakizashi (short sword, a bit longer than a kodachi)) and a sensei of iaido (sword technique which is known for quick drawing (imagine kenshin's battou technique, quick draw then sheath sword)). it was like.. almost 30 minutes titigan lang sila, trying to intimidate and provoke one another to attack. GRABE! as in! and when the attacks came, it was like RIDICULOUSLY FAST!
