nah it's not JUST A parlor. my sister/client and I have a different idea about it. BTW, this idea is an intellectual property hehe so nobody better rip it off. Just in case anyone of you wanted to put up a parlor.

anyway so it's name and concept is "Donya". The site is in the Technopark, Cebu City- since it's kinda parallel to the development sa Fort (the way I see it). The concept being that despite being in the middle of the city, you get to be "donya in your hacienda". So it'd be like your haciendera home, where you can have your pedicure on the lawn, or the porch, or watch TV on the couch while someone manicures. That kinda thing.

I need to elaborate more on the idea anyway. Like maybe add a nursery so moms can leave their kids while they morph into donyas. Basta I'll play along that idea.

damn that's really ambitious, but pretty good idea, i think it can really be trendy... pedicure on the lawn... not bad....... and a nursery. not a bad idea at all. not fair, why are you determined in life?

it's prolly the Revolver then with a suburst finish....wait a sec...you're using a guitar amp for your bass? hm... lemme give you a tip. set your "gain" parm or "Drive" Parm to 1 or lower so that you get a "compressed" effect instead of a "driven" one. it'll make your tone a lot more crisp, making it sound brigher, with more growl.

- yeah it a guitar amp. no choice. boss had to take the bass amp for the gig. anyway, ill take your word for it. btw, my boss tweaks guitars and bass' too. maybe you too can get along

@woody, nice idea. anyway, share ko lang, the diagnostic test we're doing is a design for the UP Bulwagan ng Dangal- some sort of museum as tribute to the National artists from UP, and the deans of fine arts, to be built in the marshy area in front of Engg and the Main lib. wala lang. hehe deadline namin sa monday.

@EVERYBODY. hey guys, I just saw Harry Potter 5!!! the coolest HP movie ever. compared to the book, which was the worst HP book for me. Well. Haha nanonood ako ng sine and I have a deadline! I'm so good.

i find the 5th book the LEAST enjoyable. but still enjoyable. hey i thought the goblet movie was too good and cant be passed. i was so busy earlier.... im planning to watch it tomorrow immediately, skip ako two quizzes

palabas na nga pala yung book 5 ano? I have to agree with all of you na yun ang worst book. After all the excitement nun sa book 4 biglang malamya yung flow ng story sa book 5.

btw, may kumakalat na na "ahem" ng book 7 sa net a. I was checking some sites and torrents and found some copies. many are saying that they're fake and I'm 100% on them with that notion. I'll be waiting a day after the official release date before checking the web. At least, there'd be one that's bound to be legitimate there (not that it's really legit in the first place )

sana pero di yun ang plano e. Planning to go to either Japan, Korea or China in the near future. Just paving the path there one by one--laying my tiles one at a time. But if opportunity arises, I'd very much like to go to North America (sana sa Canada para mababait yung mga tao).

Nice idea on that Parlor! sometimes normal employees would like to somehow be treated as royalties.
So, would there be an overlooking pasture and some cows gnawing the grass and being milked at the same time?

you're right about the book 5 bakashi. goblet was the most exciting book kase, and then suddenly turns so bleak in book 5. but many are saying movie 5 is great. im watching it later!!!!

btw, that book 7 torrent? that's fake! haha. my friend gave it to me, it sucks, the writing is almost, but not quite rowling

- not exactly the idea you have in mind. this is a logictics workforce, which means, "stay safe and hurry home" after the clearing stage. people here hate the war. they get to see first hand the toll it's taking on the usaf.

ngayon mo lang yan namimiss kase ilang buwan ka pa lang sa ibang lugar. most of the people I know ganyan din ang na feel. Nami-miss nila 'Pinas after some months. After a year or two pagbalik nila dito, ayaw na nila sa Pilipinas

'Bout work, I have a co-worker here who's going to recommend me to a part time job somewhere in Alabang. I do hope for a positive result but the distance is making me worry. Coming from Manila and going to Alabang in busy hours of 5-7 PM is making me reluctant somehow of the job. The pay's good (and when I say good, I mean drooling good). It's just less than 4 hours of work but your monthly salary is higher than normal employees.
I still have an option in Makati, near my current job. But I just called them and they said that I need to wait till next week for an "Oral Exam" (that made me shudder when I heard that especially when the one who said that was a baritone toned man on the other end of the line).

Book 5 could have been one good book if the preceding book wasn't written that way. Book 4 took HP series to the peak only for book 5 to pull it down by building another out-of-nowhere idea to explain some past of Harry and Voldy. IMHO it was a very nice revelation, but not as the main theme of the book itself.

@MD- hm...that may be...but i still have something against gung-ho patriots....they just freak me out....i mean it's ok to love your country and be proud of it, but loving it to the extent of killing people, and causing a lot of friendly fire in the process is just not something i like...

nah. for me HP 5 really sucked. It dragged on and on, and by the end of the book you realized you read through 700 pages of Harry's bitching, period.

HP 6 though, was very well written. I liked the new approach Rowling used, and of course, maybe because it was intended for readers who have grown older.

@baboysai, the movie already came out? akala ko 13 pa? but the earlier the better rin i just came back from shanghai so its right in time for me.

planning to watch it this weekend on i-max i read on the paper that the last 20 min is in 3-D is it really good though? the last 2 were kinda bad....i can't wait for the book though!

btw, the midget president is coming to our school tomorrow. there were armies all week, armies are teeming bacolod, inlcuding a secluded place like our village. i think they're watching out for psycho telepaths like me
