Naglalakad ako papasok kagabi papuntang sakayan ng jeep. Mga alas 11 na ng gabi. Pero maliwanag pa naman dahilsa mga street lights at saka malapit kase sa bulaklakan yung bahay namin kaya marami pang tindahan ng bulaklak yung bukas. So nung tumawid ako papuntang parlor para lumiko sa kanto nun, bigla akong napabalik sa dati kong kinatatayuan.

Nakita ko yung isang lalaking taong grasa dun na nakahubad yung pangibaba (meron pa syang ganang mag tshirt). tapos napansin ko gumagalaw ng pataas pababa yung balakang nya. akala ko kung ano! taos meron palang isa pang babaeng taong grasa sa ilalim nya! Pucha! Buti na lang meron akong MP3 player ng naka full blast ang volume! Dahil kung hinde....

Yes, I'm a linguistics student majoring in Japanese in UP. I do want to become a translator, but when I read the existing translations here I feel a little queasy that my translations are still not up to par (I still need extensive use of kanji dictionaries and I have a problem with the extent of paraphrasing).

Fave manga(s): Bleach, for shounen, Berserk, homunculus and MpdPsycho (hurray for a manga with Filipinos) for seinen, Shibuya district for Yuri and anything by Naono Bohra for yaoi. Angel Sanctuary for shoujo.
Fave anime: Honey and Clover, Weiss Kreuz
Anime or manga into Jdorama - Erm, Bleach already has musicals (I got all of them Xd), so uh, why would I want that into a Jdorama when they already sing and dance as well? LOL. Honey and Clover and Nodame Cantabile has J-dramas as well. Weiss Kreuz have live concerts. O_O I guess I'm out.

My friends get a lot of that, especially here in UP, at hindi lang mga taong grasa ang makikita mo! *cough* There's a reason why the big tree in the middle of the lagoon at school was called the 'fertility tree', ya know? Biro nga namin, huminga ka lang ng malalim sa tabi no'n, buntis ka na! But it's a place to avoid when walking around late at night or even, early morning.

@maaru- the seiyuu for gendo ikari in eva....i doubt someone who'd play such a great character would do any shady projects.....same for the seiyuu of cmd. fuyutsuki or the seiyuu for eikichi onizuka....unless...

@level4paperboy. Really now, Fumihiko Tachiki (Gendo Ikari, Zaraki Kenpachi) sounds adorable when you hear him talk in radio shows, even with his characteristic raspy voice. I dunno about 'shady', if you meant yaoi projects, but he did team up with Toshiyuki Morikawa (Sephiroth of Advent Children, Dante of Devil May Cry, Isshin of Bleach) to form a certain band called 2HEARTS. Toshiyuki is also somewhat known as the 'King of Boys Love drama' if I heard correctly, since he's in big demand as a Seme voice (rawr, though mostly an uke in Haru wo Daiteita). Tachiki's also in Angelique, this Girl x Boy dating sim filled to the brim with bishounen.

EDIT: Tachiki does appear in yaoi dramas! He plays a seme in Kizuna. ^_^

Fuyutsuki... Eh, do you really want me to check both of these over too? for that commander dude, Kiyokawa's this old guy, and old seiyuus sometimes have multiple stage names in order to keep some of their roles secret. I even found one guy with 5 stage names. Anyway, I don't know much about that guy, though I think I heard of him playing Walter in hellsing. That guy with wires who was a pretty boy as a kid.

As for Eikichi Onizuka.. never watched GTO, but this Takagi dude also appeared in Yami no Matsuei radio drama cd's... I'd call Yami no Matsuei a shoujo, but with a hot villain doctor (played by hayami SHo, Aizen of Bleach, dr Kiriko of blackjack, also toshiyuki Morikawa and Miki shin'ichiro, main chars of haru wo daiteita both appear in this anime) who runs around raping young boys, people insist that's YAOI. So, your call. ^_^

EDIT2: XD i didn't realize Takagi appears in Saiunkoku (that anime about a gay king) and Sakende Yaruze (a funny story about a seiyuu who only voices kiddie shows, but one day his 17 year old son shows up, and in order to earn more money, starts taking Yaoi radio drama roles despite being a favorite target of gay seiyuus), so yeah, he's got a lot of Yaoi roles as well.

*pats* Awww, you poor, poor boy. But I was looking at the Boy's love drama database, and Tachiki's got a entire bunch of roles there

The rule of thumb is, most seiyuus were bound to have played a yaoi/****** role sometime when they were poor, just for the money. It usually happens when they're just starting out. When they get famous eventually, sometimes they declare that they won't play any Yaoi roles ever again (like Akira Ishida), although that doesn't erase the fact that they HAVE.

ey sup ppl? musta na kayong lahat dito? mhen its freezing out here... *chilled* na miss ko kayo dito ah! sensya na talaga medyo martial law na dito hehehe. oh btw, any of you heard about www.hulu.com ? its a vod project of FOX and NBC which features up to date episodes of both networks' TV SHOWS and several full length movies. i havent checked it out since it went under system maintenance last night but G4TV's Attack Of The Show says its a possible YouTube killer. dont think so. but HELL! the latest episodes and full featured films? what more could you ask for? hehehehe and oh 1 more thing, FOX has an upcoming series called "The Dollhouse" which stars "Tru Calling"'s Elizha Dushku and created by "Firefly" and "Serenity"'s Joss Whedon. Its about an organization of special covert operations agents who gets mind-wipped after a successful mission. The story goes where Elizha starts to resist the mind-swipping procedure and then learns the truth behind the organization. another "Alias" inspired? check them out at www.newteevee.com. Lastly, it has been confirmed that there will be a "Tekken" and "Onimusha" live movie adaptation. "Onimusha" will start shooting this March. "Tekken" is still on the casting period. @maaru- snake from metal gear is one of them...he was modeled after 2 people... Snake Pliskin (kurt russel) from escape from NY and LA, and John Rambo (Sylvester Stalone)...though he does share a striking reseblance to his voice actor David Hayter.

let me enumerated my mullet-clad heroes...in no specific order
1. Mac Gyver
2. Solid Snake/ Big Boss..they're related...so they go to the same slot...

5. Obi-Wan Kenobi
6. Chuck Norris (doubt me for this decision and you shall die by a roundhouse kick!)

@level4paperboy. Sooooo~ since Solid Snake is one of your manliest heroes, do you want me to ruin him for you as well? I don't even NEED to look at seiyuus for this one. I haven't even played the games, but this guy's got 'SHADY' scenes shared to me by friends who did play and one I saw on some cheat and strategy shows. >_>

you know i biked from my house to about 15 blocks away and i was surprised at how incredibly unused i am to biking anymore. about 7 blocks and i can feel my legs burning. i had to bike the remaining 20+ blocks home on sheer willpower and donning a bored look. you know a bored look where the eyes are lazy and biking really slow. cept that im not bored at all i feel like im gonna collapse anytime. crap i need exercise
