@KTS- i just work out at home...sure, the start up price for your own weights and an all-around work-out machine may be a little expensive at first, but it's cheaper in the long run...

yeah i kinda... work out, like just stretch and pushups and stuff at home my bike is getting rusty. hey now that im free im thinking of going around the village again, improve my breathing. tobacco is ruining the lungs lately

@yonie- quit smoking beore you become addicted. from what i remember, you only started smoking last year...so it should be relatively easy for you...you won't go through withrawal.

@lvl 5 paper-kun - Quiting smoking is a fashion statement over here. Almost everybody in my college is "quiting" or "trying to quit", some start smoking just to quit. -_-

haha start for the sake of quit? me, nah i dont get addicted, even to J, or beer or tequila.... tequila... no really i can control myself. i get bored with stuff easily. i may have to stop smoking nowadays cause lately all i taste is tobacco

.... quiting smoking it the one thing that someone can't reproduce. trust me... for a real smoker quitting is the hardest thing to do since the withrawal will fuck you up. you get mood swings, you get an irregular appetite, and you lose lots of sleep.... those people who claim to be "quitting" are fucktards, and deserve to have a boot stuck up their asses....they don't know what it really means and really feels to quit. but i did notice something in my 2 year stay in your country....everyone i worked with and drank with smoked...smoking's like a fucking rule there...

@yonie- thats one of the reasons to why i want to quit....smoking can cause long-term effects on your taste buds... and with the line of work that i'll be going in to, i can't afford to fuck tastes up...

fo sho LP, i had lots of friends who go crazy when trying to quit smoking. they tried anti-tobacco mints and smokes and herbs, then they get all jittery without a cig in a day. in the end nobody quit

@yonie- i tried the gum and the patches...they don't work. the only way for a chain smoker to quit is to take it slow, and reduce gradually....like what i did. i still get the shakes from time to time....and i'm still susseptible to mood swings.... looks like it'll take a long time before my body fully ajusts....

you can still put that in your CV...you can write it down as "efficient computer skills" and they won't ask much

The only foolproof way for a smoker to quit is to not stop, but become more addicted. Increase intake to 30+ packs a day.

Then when you have lung cancer you'll definitely quit.

Well it was, before the gov thought it best to make a new law, that says you cant smoke in public places (i.e. anywhere that isnt your home -_-). And right after they started a "subtle" campaign to help people quit smoking..>_>

I don't smoke, though I did try it when i was in my freshman years

@imp- i know about the smoking laws in the UK....really dumb if you ask me....like the law for smoking in the bar. "you're not allowed to smoke within 2 meters from the bar" sif the smoke is gonna stop just to avoid the friggin bar.....

true, pero I haven't prepared much for the recent shows. Most of the time we cram practice, like practicing a day before, since it's just for good times, and almost all of us are doing thesis.

I'll be having quite a long preparation time, since my other band mates will have thesis next year naman. sigh.
