@BSS- i always put my game face on when i apply to a job or school. i do what needs to be done to ensure my success, even if it means that i need to play "eager noob applicant".

The moment I enter the premises, I always sport my "innocent" look or in your case "eager noob applicant" trying to lvel down my "tambay look". I always look morbid and someone who just killed the last person in the elevator with my long unkempt hair. I change to my bored look once I get annoyed (which happens most of the times).

Also, I like the reactions of interviewers when they look at me and see me as someone who doesn't give a damn, or like a fat lazy bum who's never done any serious work. After hearing me speak...boom! I get the job...that's for a call center anyways. Not in technical companies, and most especially not in schools.

Yeah. Lalo na if you plan to teach. My sister studied japanese for about 2 years to pass the japanese proficiency level 2. And she's still bad at conversational jap

@BSS- i use two game faces. one is the "eager noob look" and the other one is my "i'm the best choice in the building, and you'd be missing out i you don't pick me". i've used the first one more than the second one. i've only used my second one once for that online english tutor job. i get the same first impression from people, except i'm bald.

huh, after four straight fails i think i know enough about passing interviews already man this so sucks, i don't have anywhere to work here in bacolod anymore, my hometown has rejected me i didn't want to do this, but i'm gonna have to ask money for a trip to cebu

I don't think the hair is the reason. A call center is job is like the "college of Fine arts" in the corporate world where you can express yourself anyway you want. If you want to have a long hair like Rapunzel, nobody's gonna care as long as you have what it takes. heck. in "some" call centers, they even allow agents to wear flip flops when you go to work.

i've applied for a lot of cebu-based jobs last night, i'm just waiting for replies now. i'm done here in bacolod, no appropriate company left for me to work here.
