well the external part of it is. what goes on inside the it field is well.. a bit lax. example, they got this american forces network. its like their own cable tv system. 10 channels almost all for entertainment and news back from home except for 1 thing, the Pentagon Channel. centcom briefings and strat guides are broadcasted there. i dont think its right to do that.

oh did i tell you guys about what i've noticed since yesterday? military units are stationed all over metro manila. although the news reports say they've just been rolled out today, i've seen them since yesterday, "guarding" all roads going to EDSA shrine...

so if i were the administration, i'd heighten the tension by putting up military personnel around rally areas, and then put a "martial-law-esque" situation in the country again, that'd be a good card. put up the long overdue assassination plot news to increase the chances of winning.

hehehe UP is so hyper, its like teasing a grumpy child. take la salle, we watch, we sympathize, we are on the side of the opposition, but we are never on the field

i remember in high school, the erap oust, we held hands in the flag ceremony and sang together "magkaisa". every la salle student went "what the fuckity fuck are we doing?"
