Monday : Breakfast in bed on Amazone lily
Tuesday : lil' swimming in Skypiea Beach
Wednesday : Lunch at Hachan's restaurant
Thursday : Beach Volley with Nami-chan and Robin-chwan
Friday : Break on Raftel, a pirate needs to rest...

I'd be a respectable pirate like Luffy's or Whitebeard's crew. It seems like Marines fight to build or restore order, whereas the more respectable pirates are willing to fight for freedom.

Neither. In One Piece, Luffy's Crew makes up about three percent of the overall pirate demographic. We can't base the pirate life off the Straw Hat experience. Pirates are typically individuals you really don't want to associate with let alone aspire to. The thought of joining a crew other than SH or RH is most unappealing.

Of course if one works for the Marines you're still part of a corrupt system that masquerades greed as justice. I'd more than likely be a bounty hunter or assemble my own group. Unlike the Shichibukai though, we wouldn't answer to anyone. My group would more than likely, stamp out corruption on all levels, pirate and government alike.

There is no greater goal than justice. No other cause is worth fighting for.

I'd be a Marine though only in means of "protecting the civilians" not "hey they are bad (never met them) lets kill them" so Safety and peace. And in Op there are some more relaxed marines as garp who basically hides the peacefull lawbreakers (Dadan, etc)

In the RP I play, i have a pirate. I RP my pirate significantly more. I would love to see some affiliations and characters other than pirate, marine, or bh.

I would join the marines, because honestly: there are just soooooo many pirates in the OP world and most of them are sadistic and greedy murderers. Pirates like the Strawhats are a rare exception... someone needs to take care of those other 99% evil pirates or it would be Arlong Park all over the world.

shichibukai like mihawk so the marines aren't after me and almost all the pirates don't dare to raise a hand against me.

I would do whatever I wanted to do, travel the world, not bother anyone except if they bothered me first. I would definitely gather dear friends and go on rampages though, Oh I would love to have a bounty, I'd react like Luffy did.

I would never hurt good people, I'd have about the same morals as Ace.
