Roger doesn't seem to be muscular in his youth, but this is an irrelevant point anyway because the silhouette is definitely not Roger. But I'm waiting for proof that it's Luffy for sure, and apart from lolanime, I don't think anyone can offer that proof. Unless Shirley did see the image clearly while it was supposed to be silhouetted for us.

Why wouldn't madam Shirley be able to recognize someone in her own visions? 100% of the time they're accurate, what basis do you have to claim she didn't see Luffy?

Can you show any images in Manga that have been shown in Anime and have been inaccurate? Doubt it, but you can try. With that said, you have no basis to say it's not Luffy once again.

Have you ever looked at Red-hawk technique in the Manga scene and then look at the Anime reiterationand said there's something wrong with it? No, so why is the exact same scene of Madam Shirley seeing Luffy wrong?

Without the Anime, how can you tell that Luffy's top is yellow or red or green? You can't, so the Anime (when in line with the Manga at least) is sufficient.

That excuse people give about everything Anime is non-canon is ridiculous and makes no sense; one can watch the Enel arc and it's exactly the same as the Manga, albeit with additional scenes here and there, or does that then mean the Anime is totally irrelevant? It's absurd sorry, lol.

And Roger is without a doubt more muscular than Luffy was in his youth.

Show me where Luffy is shown clearly in her prediction in the manga. We only see the silhouette, and from there Shirley thinks of Luffy. Why not just show Luffy if it really is without a doubt him who destroys the island? Why does it take an anime to make it show Luffy? I have enough basis to entertain the thought that the silhouette may not be Luffy, and if you can't provide pictures from the manga, then you have no rebuttal. And doesn't Oda provide color time to time?

People are willing to take everything in the anime as canon if it proves their point. Ridiculous.

No, it's perfectly in line with the Anime, so it's nonsense when such things re rejected. If that silhouette isn't Luffy, then mention these countless people besides Luffy that it could be.

And where do you get "Shirley thinks", it's implied she knows, she says it's Luffy. where does she say "I think I saw SH". nowhere? If she were shown drunk, or shown to be erroneous or shown to be inaccurate, then you would have basis, but you have none. She even tells Hody that Luffy is the one who destroys Fishman Island, she didn't say she thinks, so you're playing on pedantics.

And it's not about taking Anime to prove point, it's the consistency. Anyone can solely watch the Anime and they'd be able to give the exact analysis on any major arc as anyone who read the Manga, that's the fact.

Someone in here posted you a picture straight from Madam Shirley's clip showing that it was indeed Luffy, lol. From 1:10 seconds onwards, if this isn't convincing then I guess we'll just agree to disagree, lol. Still, Roger and Luffy in their youth look VASTLY different, that's not even debatable. Luffy looks like spaghetti and Roger has a similar build to any other generic character out there.
