I'm pretty sure Coby should be able to win against Hatchan with his training under Garp, so bye Hatchan !

I don't think Hachi would win against Coby, who knows Haki and CP9 moves and has been training under Garp.

Coby is out.
He is too weak. He is only Sergant Magor before timeskip and couldn't do a shit in the War, while Hachi is an experienced fighter and is a second strongest swordsman on the Fishman Island. Coby's only fit is Soru. He doesn't know how to use Haki. He only awakend it before timeskip, so according the abilities he showed on screen he will deffinetly loose to Hachi.

I'd say hatchan is weaker than bebo,whose captain is worthy of 200 M.

Hachi might be weaker than Bepo or might not be, but the thing is that going by manga it should be obvious that the weakest one here is Coby as he is just way weaker than others physically and didn't show any attacking technique to be able to inflict any sufficient damage to any of his opponents in this group, when I do believe that he might be one-shotted by any of his opponents here. Also, his Soru is quite immature. He was caught quite easily by Luffy in both fights, when he tried to use it against him and Luffy was just toying with him.

Yeah, Hachi's really weak. Coby was considered good enough to fight at Marineford, so I wouldn't consider him that weak anymore. Plus he developed the observation haki the last time we saw him. I think he could easily handle Hachi as he is now.

Zoro even then was quite well-known bounty hunter, so even if he was injured he was quite a strong opponent even for Grand Line standards... While Coby before timeskip was just a Sergant Major and was quite useless as his only move was Soru... So, no way he can beat Hachi like this. It's an obvious thing.
Until he shows something on screen he will still be considered weak.

We should count characters not as how they "are expected to grow during 2 years", but how they were shown in the manga last. And Coby last time was just a useless guy who was still one-shotted with a weak Soru and without any attacking move.

You should understand why Hachi was shot by Tenryubito.
It was clearly stated that it was not because he couldn't slice him or punch him or evade it, but because if he did anything to Tenryubito or anyone else did, then an Admiral will come and pulverise everyone! That was the point to show how influencial are Tenryubito and not how weak other characters are.
Luffy was the only one who didn't care about such stuf and punched Tenryubito, when Hachi didn't want his friends to get in trouble because of him, even though he wanted to save Camie.

how evading a bullet would do anything to a Tenryubito? that guy proved himself weak at multiple occasion. Coby know the Rokushiki + haki that's more than enough to make history of a weak guy like hachin who got owned by a gun. And you talk about Coby being knocked out by a 300 million angry luffy when Hachin got defeated by a half dead no bounty zorro and hachin didn't show any sign of progress while coby is constantly changing.

It's obvious that Hachi didn't want to fight Tenryubito and didn't want to provoke him, but he still wanted to free Camie, so he would either be shot by Tenryubito or try to take him down and then Teryubito will call an Admiral who will wipe the floor with those who insulted Tenryubito. Actually he didn't even need to fight Tenryubito as he might call to Headquaters even for being insulted.

About Coby:
1. He didn't know Rokushiki before timeskip! He only knew Soru and quite a weak one. It's only one useless move if you can't back it up with any considerably strong attacking move.
2. Coby didn't know Haki before timeskip. He only awakened CoO Haki and that's all he couldn't even control it. He didn't even know about CoA Haki, so he could neither protect himself with it, nor attack any opponent with it.
Luffy took him down in Water 7 and since Water 7 Coby didn't get any progress on screen till Marineford, where he was still one-shotted by Luffy.

I don't argue that Hachi is considerably weak, but I'm pretty sure that it's obvious that pre-timeskip Coby is way weaker than Hachi if we just watch what are his actual on screen fits, while the same Hachi is a swordsman and Cobi can't protect himself without any protective move like Tekkai against Hachi's 8 swords.

I just can't comprehend it... Well, even Bepo had practically the same amount of votes as Coby... I believe it would be the only group where the actual fangasm will win.

1. Ben Beckman. He is obviously the one who wins this group that comfortably that he can fight both of his opponents at the same time sitting on the sofa.
2. Bepo. He should win comfortably against Coby as he seems to be quite strong as to not die during a battle against Pacifista on Sabaondy, while Coby was obviously damn weak before timeskip.
